Welcome to JP, Kimmy Phillips

Jeremiah's Place is excited to announce a new addition to our Board of Directors, Kimmy Phillips!

Kimmy has been a part of JP since the very beginning. She has been a childcare volunteer and has also donated her time as an event coordinator. Prior to coming onto our board, she was a member of our Development Committee and will continue her service on that committee as well as the HR committee.

The inclusion of her guidance and expertise combined with the talents of our existing team will only further help Jeremiah's Place to achieve our mission and vision.

Learn more about Kimmy:

Kimmy is a human resources professional working at the University of Pittsburgh for over six years. She has been volunteering with Jeremiah’s Place since 2015 and in that time has been able to help provide child care services, assist with community outreach and raise important funds. Seeing the staff interact with the children and their families has inspired Kimmy to what she can, and she is excited for this new role.

Kimmy is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh Johnstown with a degree in human resource management and marketing. She also has studied at the University of Pittsburgh College of General Studies, completing a certificate in communication and is currently working on a certificate in nonprofit management.
