Anne Kulli is Corporate Counsel for ERIKS North America, a leading industrial process solutions provider. Anne has an extensive background providing corporate and commercial legal advice within the distribution industry. In her capacity as in-house counsel, Anne provides guidance on a variety of legal matters, including sales and procurement, intellectual property, technology law, and data privacy. Her previous legal roles include negotiating corporate-sponsored research agreements for the University of Pittsburgh’s Office of Research and advising numerous technology companies on potential legal and regulatory issues in a private practice setting.
Anne earned her law degree from Brooklyn Law School, an MA in Communication from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, and a BA from the University of Rochester. Before law school, Anne worked as an A&R Coordinator at Geffen Records, where she was responsible for talent scouting and artist development.
Anne and her husband Brian moved from New York City to the South Hills of Pittsburgh to raise their two young children. They chose to make Pittsburgh home because of its warm community and vibrant cultural scene.
