Carla Frost is the Vice President, Community & DEI Relationship Manager at KeyBank. Her career in financial services has spanned more than three decades, with extensive experience in retail branch management, small business and non-profit lending, and community development.

Having served on more than 20 non-profit boards in various leadership positions, Carla remains passionate about volunteerism and championing causes in the Greater Pittsburgh Region that seek to lift individuals and families out of poverty, assist women and minorities in achieving economic parity, provide educational advancement opportunities for underserved youth, and transformative social and human services to vulnerable members of the community.

Including Jeremiah’s Place, Ms. Frost currently serves on the Board of Directors of Blind Vision & Rehabilitation ServicesNeighborWorks Western Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania Women Work. Additionally, Ms. Frost serves on the Advisory Councils for a host of community development corporations. Ms. Frost has been the recipient of many awards recognizing her professional and volunteer work, and contributions to the community, including being named one of Pennsylvania’s Best 50 Women in Business and SBA Minority Small Business Advocate of the Year in Western Pennsylvania.

She holds a B.A. degree in Political Science and Certificates of Concentration in Government & Public Policy and Middle Eastern & African Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Ms. Frost enjoys viewing or attending a myriad of college and professional sporting events, gardening, reading, traveling and a variety of creative expression endeavors. A native of Butler, Pennsylvania, Ms. Frost resides in the North Hills.
