Crisis Nursery Operations Assistant

Brittiany Skinner is a passionate and nurturing professional dedicated to educating and shaping young minds in the community. She first joined Jeremiah’s Place in 2019 as an overnight Therapeutic Childcare staff member. After a brief departure during the COVID-19 pandemic, she returned in 2021 and was promoted to Crisis Nursery Operations Assistant (CNOA) in 2022. In this role, Brittiany creates our in-center and at-home curriculum, including STEAM programming, supports staff, and manages our mealtimes and menus through the CACFP Program.

Brittiany is a junior at Carlow University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Early Learning and Development through their apprenticeship program. She plans to further her education by earning a master’s in Counseling. Originally from Columbia, Maryland, Brittiany completed high school in Pittsburgh. Brittiany is a mother who enjoys attending concerts and traveling in her free time.
