McKenzie Williams

Director of Development & External Relations

McKenzie is a compassionate and dedicated professional who values the opportunity to lend a helping hand to those who need it, a passion she fulfills through her work at Jeremiah’s Place.

She began her journey at Jeremiah’s Place in 2020 as a Therapeutic Childcare staff member. Following her graduation in 2022, McKenzie began leading the development team. In this capacity, she leads all fundraising initiatives and manages external communications.

McKenzie earned her Master of Public Administration at the University of Pittsburgh, specializing in Public and Nonprofit Management. McKenzie also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Service, with a concentration in Nonprofit Management, from the University of Pittsburgh, where she also earned a certificate in Managing Health Services, Programs, and Projects.

A proud Pittsburgh native and self-described Yinzer, McKenzie enjoys spending her free time baking, cooking, exploring local trails, and snuggling with her dog, Barkley.
