Ariana Mills is a dedicated and passionate educator with a strong foundation in outdoor adventure and early childhood education. Ariana earned a bachelor’s degree in Outdoor Adventure Leadership from Southern Oregon University, followed by a master’s degree in Outdoor Education from Ohio University.
With a wealth of experience across various outdoor-based programs and camps in states such as Oregon, Kansas, and Virginia, Ariana has honed skills in both adventure leadership and traditional childcare settings. Over the past four years, she has excelled as a Preschool/PreK Lead Teacher at an outdoor immersion preschool in Ohio, fostering a love for nature and learning in young children. Ariana now serves as the Early Learning Collaborative Coordinator at Jeremiah’s Place, where she continues to inspire and support early childhood education initiatives.
When not at work, Ariana enjoys spending time with loved ones, reading, hiking, painting, and hanging out with her dog Scout, her tortoise Arlo, and her turtle Bowser.
